Introduction
The H9 Adjustable Speed Drive (ASD) is a solid-state AC drive featuring Toshiba International Corporation's (TIC) Vector Control Algorithm. This algorithm enables the motor to develop high starting torque and compensate for motor slip, resulting in smooth, quick starts and highly efficient operation.
The ASD uses digitally-controlled pulse width modulation and offers programmable functions accessible via an easy-to-use menu or Direct Access Numbers. Its user-friendly Electronic Operator Interface (EOI) features an easy-to-read LCD screen and a read-only LED screen for enhanced visibility.
The motor control software is menu-driven, providing easy access to motor control parameters and quick changes.
