Basic Operation

To enter Service Mode, press the SET key and REMOTE CONTROL key simultaneously for more than 1 second.

• VOL. (-) MIN + 0: Releases V-CHIP PASSWORD and initializes the factory settings.
• VOL. (-) MIN + 1: Displays POWER ON total hours.
• VOL. (-) MIN + 6: Checks INITIAL DATA of MEMORY IC.
• VOL. (-) MIN + 8: Writes EEPROM initial data.
• VOL. (-) MIN + 9: Displays the Adjustment MENU on the screen.

Confirmation of Using Hours

1. Set VOLUME to minimum.
2. Press VOL. DOWN on the set and Channel button (6) on the remote for more than 1 second.
3. Turn off the power after confirmation.

Replacing MEMORY IC

1. Enter DATA SET mode (VOLUME to minimum).
2. Press VOL. DOWN on the set and Channel button (6) on the remote for more than 1 second.
3. Use VOL. UP/DOWN to select ADDRESS and DATA.
4. Press ENTER to confirm each selection.
5. Turn off power to finish DATA input.
