USBy Installation
- Connect USBy to the Router/Modem.
- Register USBy on the ControlloCasa site.

- Change email address or device name (alias).

Troubleshooting and error codes
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Installation procedure successful but no alerts received | Check if alerts are in Spam/Junk folders. |
| Receiving many power/internet outage alerts | Connect the USBy device closer to your Router/Modem (1-3m). |
| Router replaced | Repeat the "Connect USBy to Router/Modem" procedure. |
| Network password changed | Repeat the "Connect USBy to Router/Modem" procedure. |
| Need to change password | Use the link: https://www.controllocasa.com/riattivazione.html |
| WiFi network icon shows no Internet access (with "!") | This is normal as you are connected to the USBy local network. |
