This appliance is covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects.

Operation Summary

  1. Preparation: Place Vaporella Next on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Open the water tank filler flap and fill with water to the MAX indication. Close the flap. Unwind the power cord and plug it into a suitable earthed socket. Unwind the steam hose.
  2. Starting Up: Press the ON/OFF button. The indicator light will start flashing, then become fixed. The iron heating indicator will also light up.
  3. Ironing: Adjust the iron temperature according to the fabric type using the dial. Press the steam button to release steam. For continuous steam, press and hold the button. For Steam Pulse (on specific models), double-click the steam button. Vertical ironing is also possible for removing creases or refreshing fabrics. For dry ironing, do not press the steam button.
  4. Functions:
    • ECO Function (VN18.35-VN18.30): For energy saving and optimal performance on resistant fabrics.
    • TURBO Function: For faster and easier ironing of heavy fabrics.
    • 360° Fluid Curve Technology: Allows for multidirectional ironing.
    • Auto Shut-off: The appliance turns off automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity.
  5. Maintenance: Unplug the appliance and let it cool down before any maintenance. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth. Descale the boiler periodically.

Troubleshooting and error codes

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Water comes out of the iron instead of steam. The iron temperature regulation knob is set to the minimum value. First use. Check that the iron temperature regulation knob is set to the medium/maximum value. Dispense steam onto a cloth until steam comes out of the iron's plate holes.
No steam comes out of the iron. Lack of power supply. Empty water tank. Ensure the appliance is connected to the mains and the ON/OFF switch is on. Refill the water tank.
Little steam comes out of the iron. The steam is dry and little visible, but present and effective. This is a normal phenomenon perceived in particular environmental conditions.
The appliance does not turn on. ON/OFF switch is off or flashing. Press the ON/OFF switch and ensure the appliance is connected to the mains.
Garments remain wet. The ironing board cover is soaked with water because it is not suitable for the power of a boiler iron. Check if the ironing board is suitable (a board with a grid to prevent condensation).
Water present under the appliance. The boiler cap is not screwed on correctly. The gasket of the boiler cap is damaged. Unscrew and screw on the boiler cap (chapter 13). Replace the damaged gasket (chapter 14).
