- Activate your service: Reply GO to the text message or call 0800 953 9500 within 48 hours of receiving your kit.
- Install 360 Mini box:
- Connect cable adaptor to isolator cable.
- Attach connector cable to 360 Mini box.
- Connect HDMI cable to TV and 360 Mini box.
- Connect power supply to 360 Mini box and mains.
- Turn on TV and select HDMI input.
- Connect to WiFi or Ethernet.
- Wait for software download and installation.
- Install TV Go app: Download Virgin TV Go app from app store to watch TV on other devices.
