Question Answer
I have taken videos but my computer does not recognize my camcorder. What do I do? First, ensure you have taken videos and try downloading again. It is recommended to have an SD card inserted. Ensure the USB cable is in a free USB slot. Allow your computer time to recognize the device and refresh the device options list if necessary. If the computer still does not recognize the device, check if your computer meets the minimum system requirements.
I have downloaded the videos from the camcorder using the application and they appear in the Select Photos section of the application. I double click on the video but nothing happens. In order to play video files through your Quickflix Companion, you need to have Windows Media Player installed on your computer and set up as the default media player.
