Adjusting the Backrest: Lift the handle on the Backrest Post, adjust the backrest to the desired position, and ensure it's locked in place.
Attaching the Curl Pad: Insert the Curl Post into the Front Leg and secure it with the Curl Pad Knob.
Using the Leg Lever: Slide weights onto the Weight Tube and secure them with a Weight Clip.
Using the Free Weight Bar: Set the Weight Rests to the desired height by pulling out the Upright Pin, adjusting the height, and re-engaging the pin.
Moving Barbell Spotters: Grip the Spotter Hook, pull it out, adjust the Barbell Spotter to the desired height, and pivot the hook back into place.
Using the Locking Bar: Grip and turn the Locking Bar to disengage hooks, adjust to the desired position, and turn to engage hooks in Front Uprights.
Adding Weights: Slide weights onto the Barbell Adapters or Weight Carriage and secure with Weight Clips.
Attaching High/Low Pulley Accessories: Attach Lat Bar, Curl Bar, Pulley Handles, Ankle Strap, or Row Bar to the High or Low Cable with Cable Clips and Chains as needed.
