To start the oven, ensure it's connected to the power supply. Set the clock time by pressing 'ok' and using the '-' and '+' buttons to adjust hours and minutes, confirming with 'ok'. To select a cooking function, turn the function selector knob to the desired setting and the thermostat knob to the required temperature. Press 'ok' to confirm. The oven indicator light will turn off when the temperature is reached. Cooking time can be set using the 'set' button and '-' or '+' buttons, with a maximum of 6 hours. The oven automatically switches off when the time elapses. A minute minder can be set independently. The door lock feature can be activated by pressing 'ok' and '-' simultaneously for 3 seconds.
