Getting to know your phone:
  • 1 Receiver

Setting up:
  • Installing the SIM card: Press down and push upwards to remove the battery cover. Insert the SIM cards as shown.
  • Charging your phone: Your phone uses a rechargeable battery. Maximum performance is achieved after three charge/discharge cycles. A flashing icon indicates charging; it stops when complete. The battery may get warm.
Initial start-up:
  • Turning on/off: Insert SIM(s) and battery, press On/Off for three seconds.
  • Making a call: Enter number and press SIM1/SIM2 call key, or access Contacts via Back key, select contact, and press SIM1/SIM2 call key.
  • Call volume: Use left/right keys during call.
  • Speed dialling: Access Contacts, go to Settings > Speed dial > On. Link contacts to numeric keys (2-9). Press and hold a numeric key to call.
  • Torch: Press top of centre key to turn on/off.
  • Music: Go to Music > List > Options > Add to load music from memory card.

Troubleshooting and error codes

How to lock/unlock the keypad? From standby, press centre key, then *.
How to turn on silent mode? From standby, long press #. Press again to turn off.
How to lock my phone? Settings → Security settings → Phone security → Lock phone → On. Default code is 1234.
How to modify shortcuts? Settings → Phone settings → Dedicated keys. Assign shortcuts to navigation keys.
How to restore factory settings? Settings → Restore factory settings. Default password is 1234. To change, go to Settings → Security settings → Phone security → Modify password.
