Warranty Information

WIKO's warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

  • Power On/Off: Press and hold the button to turn the phone on or off. Lightly press to lock the screen.
  • Home: Returns to the home screen. Press and hold to open Google NOW.
  • Overview: Opens the list of recent applications.
  • Return: Goes back to the previous screen and closes the onscreen keyboard.
  • Volume +/-: Adjusts call, ringtone, music, and game volumes. Pressing Volume- briefly when the phone rings silences it. Press and hold Volume- to enable meeting profile.
  • SIM Card Insertion: Unclip the back cover, then insert SIM cards as shown in diagrams.
  • Memory Card Installation: Insert microSD card into the slot.
  • Charging the Battery: Connect charger to power outlet and phone's USB port. Flashing red light indicates low battery; solid red indicates charging; green indicates full charge.
  • Turning Phone On/Off: Press and hold the ON/OFF button until the phone vibrates to turn it on. Enter PIN if required. Press and hold ON/OFF and select 'Switch Off' to turn it off.
  • SIM Management: Set default SIM for calls, messages, and data. Choose 'always ask' for prompt.
  • Network Connection: Configure APN settings if not available. Enable Data Connection by dragging down the notification panel and tapping the icon. Select preferred SIM for data. Enable Data Roaming for roaming SIM cards.
  • Notifications: Swipe down the status bar to view notifications. Clear by swiping or pressing the clear icon.
  • Using Menus: Use contextual menus by long-pressing screen elements or options menus by pressing the MENU icon.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Solution
APN Not Available Contact your operator to manually configure APN settings.
No Signal Check reception bars. Move to an area with better reception. Use hands-free kit.
Phone not charging Ensure charger is properly connected. Try a different power outlet.
Battery not holding charge Battery may need replacement if signs of losing power appear.
Phone causing interference Switch off immediately and contact the manufacturer of the device causing interference.
