Getting to Know Your Phone
The phone has several buttons and features:
- On/Off Button: Press and hold to turn the phone on or off. Press lightly to lock the screen.
- Home Button: Returns to the home screen.
- Overview Button: Opens the list of recent applications.
- Return Button: Returns to the previous screen or closes the keyboard.
- Volume Buttons: Adjust call volume, ringtone, music, and games. Press and hold Volume- to enable meeting profile.
Getting Started
Inserting SIM Cards: Unclip the back cover using the notch and insert SIM cards as shown in the diagrams.
Installing Memory Card: Insert a microSD card (up to 128 GB) following the diagram.
Charging the Battery: Connect the charger to a power outlet and the phone's USB port. The status indicator turns red while charging and green when fully charged.
Turning the Phone On and Off: Press and hold the ON/OFF button until the phone vibrates. Enter PIN if prompted.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| Phone not responding | Restart the phone. If the problem persists, contact customer support. |
| Cannot connect to Wi-Fi | Check Wi-Fi settings, restart router, or try connecting to a different network. |
| Poor network signal | Move to an area with better reception. Ensure SIM card is properly inserted. |
| Battery draining quickly | Reduce screen brightness, disable unused features, or check for battery-intensive apps. |
| App crashing | Clear app cache/data, or uninstall and reinstall the app. |
