Getting to Know Your Phone
- Buttons: On/Off, Home, Overview, Return, Volume.
- SIM Card Insertion: Insert Nano SIM 2 and Nano SIM 1 into the designated slots.
- Memory Card Installation: Insert a MicroSD card (up to 256GB) into the slot.
- Charging: Connect the charger to a power outlet and the micro USB to the phone. A red indicator means charging, green means fully charged.
- Turning On/Off: Press and hold the ON/OFF button.
- SIM Management: Set default SIM for calls, messages, and data. Choose SIM for actions like calls or messages.
- Network Connection: Configure APN settings if not available. Enable Mobile Data and Data Roaming as needed.
- Notifications: Understand status bar icons for signal strength, connectivity, calls, messages, etc. Access the notifications panel by dragging down the status bar.
Troubleshooting and error codes
| APN Not Available | If your operator does not appear in the list or the list is empty, ask your operator how to configure the APN manually. To do this, go to Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network > SIM1 or SIM2 > Advanced > Access Point Names, press on + and enter the information provided by your operator. Return to the previous menu, then choose the APN that you have just saved. |
