- HDMI Control function not configured properly. Ensure enabled on both devices and TV audio output is not set to TV speakers (p.47, p.65).
- TV does not support control functions. Consult TV manual.

- Unsupported audio signal input. Change TV/AV device audio output.

- Connection profile corrupted. Delete profile and reconnect.
- Passkey incorrect (should be "0000").
- Already connected to another device. Terminate existing connection.
- Bluetooth function disabled. Enable it (p.51).
