  • Power On/Off: Remove earphones from the case to turn on. Place back in the case to turn off. Manual power off/on is also possible via function keys.
  • Volume Control: Double-press the function key on the right earphone to increase volume, and on the left earphone to decrease volume.
  • Music Playback: Press the function key once to pause/restart. Hold the right earphone's key to skip to the next song, and the left earphone's key to go back to the previous song or the beginning of the current song.
  • Ambient Sound: Triple-press the left earphone's function key to turn Ambient Sound on or off.
  • Phone Calls: Press the right earphone's function key to receive or end a call. Hold it down to ignore a call.
  • Voice Assistant: Triple-press the right earphone's function key to activate the voice assistant on your connected smartphone.
  • Settings: Use the "Headphones Controller" app for detailed settings, including Listening Care, Ambient Sound, and Auto Power-Off Timer.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
No sound can be heard Product not connected to Bluetooth device. Pair the product.
Volume is too low. Raise the volume.
Music stopped playing back. Start playback.
Eartips don't fit ears. Select eartips that match ear shape and fit securely.
Sound can only be heard from one earphone Unstable connection. Move away from wireless devices. Reinsert earphones into the charging case and take them out again.
Smartphone app generates sound from only one channel. Check with a different app.
One earphone is turned off. Turn the power on.
Bluetooth device connection information is improper. Delete connection information and re-pair.
Power will not turn on Insufficient battery power. Charge the product.
Charging case battery depleted while charging earphones. Press function keys until blue, then charge the case.
Product temporarily not functioning stably. Place both earphones in the charging case, wait 10 seconds, then remove.
The product cannot be charged Product terminal covered by silicone sleeve. Reattach the silicone sleeve correctly.
Computer not turned on (when charging from computer). Turn on the computer.
Using a USB power cable other than the included one. Use the included USB power cable.
