Powering On/Off: Hold the power key for three seconds.

Volume Control: Use the + and - keys.

Audio Playback: Press the power key to pause/play. Hold + to skip to the next track, hold - to go to the previous track.

Ambient Sound/ANC: Press the function key once to cycle through OFF, AMBIENT SOUND, and ADVANCED ANC.

Voice Assistant: Press the power key twice to start/stop.

Charging: Connect the USB power cable to the headphones and a power source. The indicator turns red during charging and off when complete.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Trouble Possible Cause/Solution
Cannot connect
  • Product not pairing correctly (delete and re-pair).
  • Device info deleted (re-pair).
  • Already connected to another device (remove connection).
  • Too far apart (move closer).
  • Bluetooth deactivated (turn on).
  • Electromagnetic interference (move away from sources).
  • 3.5 mm cable connected (remove cable).
  • Unsupported Bluetooth device (check passkey compatibility).
Power will not turn on
  • Insufficient battery power (charge).
  • Product temporarily unstable (turn off/on, or factory reset).
Cannot be charged
  • Computer not turned on (if charging from computer).
  • Incorrect USB cable used (use included cable).
Does not operate or play back
  • Product is charging (wait until charging is finished).
  • Insufficient battery power (charge).
  • Product temporarily unstable (turn off/on, or factory reset).
No sound can be heard
  • Not connected to Bluetooth (pair).
  • Volume too low (raise volume).
  • Audio stopped (start playback).
  • In-Ear Detection active, headphones not worn correctly (wear correctly).
Sound only from one headphone
  • Product temporarily unstable (turn off/on, or factory reset).
  • Unstable connection (move away from interference, turn off network features).
  • App generating sound from one channel (test with different app).
  • Bluetooth connection info not working (delete and re-pair).
  • Cable not connected correctly (if using cable).
Sound is not good or sounds strange
  • Wearing headphones on wrong sides (check L/R).
Sound is distorted, noisy, or choppy
  • Unstable connection (move away from interference, move device closer, turn off Bluetooth device network features).
  • Product temporarily unstable (turn off/on, or factory reset).
  • GAMING MODE is ON (turn OFF).
