Always cook with the oven door closed. Stand clear when opening the drop down oven door and support it until fully open. Ensure shelves are correctly positioned and do not place cookware directly on the oven base. Avoid using aluminium foil on the oven base to prevent heat build-up and damage.
Condensation and steam: The oven's steam circulation system keeps dishes moist. Steam may be released when opening the door; stand back. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes before cooking to reduce condensation. Wipe away condensation after use.
Cookware: Use oven-proof cookware up to 230°C. Do not place baking trays directly on the fan cover or oven base. Avoid trays larger than 30 cm x 35 cm.
Dish effects: Lighter cookware reduces browning; darker, heavier cookware increases it.
The fan circulates hot air for even temperature. Advantages include faster preheating, lower temperatures (reduce conventional recipe temps by 20-25°C), and even heating for baking batches. Shelf positions are flexible but should be evenly spaced. Avoid placing dishes directly on the fan cover or oven base. Ensure air circulation to prevent overheating.
