Warranty Information
Zanussi offers a 24-month guarantee covering faulty workmanship or materials, with specific conditions and exclusions.
- Safety First: Always read safety warnings before installation and use. Keep the manual for future reference.
- Installation: Must be done by qualified personnel according to British Standards. The oven is heavy; remove all packaging before use.
- Child Safety: Oven is for adults; keep children away. The oven gets hot.
- During Use: For domestic use only. Do not line with foil. Keep heatproof materials away from elements. Do not place sealed cans or aerosols inside. Do not hang towels. Use oven gloves. Ensure controls are OFF when not in use.
- Controls: Includes Oven Function Control Knob (Oven Light, Inner Grill, Double Grill, Thermal Grilling, Fan Cooking, Defrost Setting), Thermostat Control Knob, and a 24-hour Clock and Timer for minute minder, cooking duration, and automatic operation.
- Cooking: Use Fan Cooking for even heating and energy saving. Refer to the Cooking Chart for guidance on food types, shelf positions, and temperatures. Grilling functions (Inner Grill, Double Grill, Thermal Grill) are also detailed.
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe down exterior. Oven cavity can be cleaned while warm. Grease filter needs regular cleaning. Catalytic liners destroy food splashes.
- Troubleshooting: A table guides you through common issues and their solutions before contacting a service centre.
- Service: Contact local Service Force Centre for spare parts or engineers. Zanussi offers a 24-month guarantee.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| The oven does not come on | Check the oven is in manual operation and that both a cooking function and temperature have been selected. Check the oven is wired in properly, and the socket switch or the switch from the mains supply to the oven are ON. |
