Using the Oven: Select cooking functions and temperatures using the control knobs. The oven light indicates when the oven is on. The thermostat light indicates when the set temperature is reached. Use oven gloves for safety. The cooling fan keeps controls cool. Catalytic panels (optional) aid cleaning. The oven door must remain closed during cooking.
Timer Functions: The electronic timer (ZBM 762) allows setting the time of day, cooking time, and automatic cooking start/end times. The ZBC 741 has a manual timer and an end-of-cooking programmer.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Allow the oven to cool before cleaning. Use mild cleaning products. The oven door can be removed for easier cleaning. Replace the oven light bulb by switching off the power supply and following specific steps.
Troubleshooting and error codes
