Initial Setup and Use

Before first use, clean the appliance and set the clock. Preheat the oven to burn off grease.

Daily Operation

Use the function and temperature knobs to operate the top and main ovens. The cooling fan activates automatically. Always keep the oven door closed during operation. Open the door carefully to avoid hot air release.

Clock Functions

Set the time of day, use the minute minder, or set duration and end times for automatic deactivation. Press the selection button to choose the desired function and use the +/- buttons to set the time.

Accessories

The oven comes with an oven shelf and a deep roasting pan. These can be used individually or together. A roasting pan grid is also included for use with the deep roasting pan.

Baking and Roasting

Refer to the baking tables for temperature and time guidelines for various foods. Adjust shelf positions as recommended. Use the top oven for smaller quantities and the main oven for larger quantities.

Grilling

Use the grilling function with maximum temperature and pre-heat the oven. Grill flat food items and ensure the pan is placed on the first shelf level.

Defrosting

Place food on the oven shelf at the bottom level. Do not cover.

Troubleshooting and error codes

The oven does not heat up. The appliance is deactivated. Activate the appliance.
The oven does not heat up. The clock is not set. Set the clock.
The oven does not heat up. The necessary settings are not set. Make sure that the settings are correct.
The oven does not heat up. The fuse in the fuse box is released. Do a check of the fuse. If the fuse is released more than one time, contact a qualified electrician.
The oven lamp does not operate. The oven lamp is defective. Replace the oven lamp.
The display shows 12.00 There was a power cut. Set the clock.
Steam and condensation settle on the food and in the oven. You left the dish in the oven for too long. Do not keep the dishes in the oven for longer than 15-20 minutes after the cooking ends.
