The N 700 range offers electric boiling tops with 2 or 4 hot plates, designed for professional caterers. Key features include cast-iron hot plates with safety thermostats, a 1.5mm stainless steel worktop, and a Scotch Brite finish front panel. The modular design allows for various configurations, and models are IPX4 water protected. Connections can be made via the rear or base. All models come with a service duct for easy installation.
