  • Cleaning the interior: Wash with lukewarm water and neutral soap, then dry. Avoid detergents and abrasive powders.
  • Operation: Plug in, turn thermostat beyond 'O' (Stop).
  • Temperature regulation: Automatic, adjustable with thermostat knob. Consider room temp, door openings, food quantity, and location.
  • Fresh food refrigeration: Do not store warm food or evaporating liquids. Cover food with strong smells. Allow air circulation.
  • Freezing fresh food: Use the 4-star compartment. For quicker freezing, use the coldest setting, but be aware of potential temp drop below 0°C in the fridge. Avoid carbonated drinks and ice lollies directly from the freezer.
  • Storage of frozen food: Run appliance for 2 hours on coldest setting before first use. Remove drawers for large quantities. Pay attention to load limits.
  • Thawing: Thaw in refrigerator or at room temperature. Small pieces can be cooked frozen, taking longer.
  • Ice-cube production: Use provided trays, fill with water, place in freezer.
  • Cold accumulators: Store in the upper compartment to extend food conservation during power outages.
  • Movable shelves: Position as desired. Front half-shelves can lie over rear ones for space.
  • Bottle holder: Use to store bottles or cans.
  • Positioning the door shelves: Place at different heights for various package sizes.
  • Humidity control: Use sliding lever on glass shelf to regulate temp/humidity in vegetable drawer. Close for higher temp/humidity, open for lower.
  • Air recycling: Use D.A.C. fan when ambient temp exceeds 25°C for rapid cooling and uniform temp.
  • Maintenance: Unplug before cleaning. Clean interior and exterior. Clean condenser and compressor at rear.
  • Periods of non-operation: Unplug, remove food, defrost and clean, leave door ajar.
  • Defrosting: Refrigerator compartment defrosts automatically. Clean drain hole periodically. Freezer compartment needs manual defrosting when frost exceeds 4 mm, using the provided scraper. Do not use sharp tools.
