Starting a Programme Without Delay:
  1. Prepare and load laundry.
  2. Select programme and options.
  3. Press Start/Pause.
Starting a Programme With Delay:
  1. Select programme and options.
  2. Press delay start button repeatedly to set desired delay time.
  3. Press Start/Pause.
At the End of the Programme:
  • Acoustic signal operates, indicators flash.
  • Crease guard phase (approx. 30 mins) prevents creases.
  • When crease guard phase is complete, the indicator will be on but not flash, and Start/Pause indicator goes off.
  • Turn programme knob to OFF, open door, remove laundry.
Stand-by Function: The appliance deactivates automatically after 5 minutes if no programme is started or after 5 minutes from the end of the programme to save energy.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Error code Possible cause Remedy
E50 Appliance motor overloaded. Too much laundry or entrap in the drum. The programme was not completed. Remove the laundry from the drum, set the programme and restart the cycle.
E90 or E91 Internal fail. No communication between electronic elements of the appliance. The programme was not finished properly or the appliance stopped too early. Switch the appliance off and on again. If the error code appears again, contact the Authorised Service Centre.
EH0 The mains supply is unstable. When the appliance is showing EH0, please wait until main supply is stable than press start. If the appliance pause the cycle without any indication then press the cycle start. If the warning will occur check the power cord / socket integrity or main supply.
You cannot activate the appliance. Make sure that the mains plug is connected to the mains socket.
The programme does not start. Check fuse in fuse box (domestic installation). Press Start/Pause.
The appliance door does not close. Make sure that the appliance door is closed. Make sure that the installation of the filter is correct.
The appliance stops during operation. Make sure that the laundry does not catch between the appliance door and the rubber seal. Make sure that the water container is empty. Press Start/Pause to start the programme again.
The cycle time is too long or unsatisfactory drying result. Load is too small, increase the load or use the Time Drying programme. Make sure that the weight of the laundry is applicable to the duration of the programme. Make sure that the filter is clean. The laundry is too wet. Spin the laundry in the washing machine again. Ensure that the room temperature is higher than +5°C and lower than +35°C. Optimal room temperature is 18°C to 25°C. Set the Time Drying or the Extra Dry programme.
The tumble dryer does not heat up. The laundry inside is cold and wet. The filter is clogged. The emergency heater shut-down. Clean the filter (see chapter CARE AND CLEANING).

The display shows Err. If you want to set a new programme, deactivate and activate the appliance. Make sure that the options are applicable to the programme.
