Daily Use
Loading Washing: Open the lid, then the drum shutters by pressing button A. Load laundry, close the drum and lid. Ensure the drum is properly closed before closing the lid.
Detergents: Pour powder into wash and prewash compartments. Add softener to the compartment and bleach if necessary.
Selecting Programme: Turn the programme selector to the desired programme. The 'Start/Pause' button flashes green.
Selecting Spin Speed: Press the 'Spin' button to change speed or select 'Rinse hold'.
Start: Press the 'Start/Pause' button. The light turns green.
Interrupting: Press 'Start/Pause' to pause. Press again to continue. Lid opens after approx. 2 mins.
Modifying: Pause the machine first. If not possible, cancel the programme.
Cancelling: Turn the selector to 'Stop'.
End of Programme: Machine stops, 'Start/Pause' light goes out, 'End of cycle' light comes on. Lid opens after approx. 2 mins. Turn selector to 'Stop', remove laundry, unplug, and close water tap.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| The appliance doesn't start or doesn't fill: | Appliance not plugged in, no power, lid/shutters not closed, programme not selected, water supply cut off, tap closed, inlet filters dirty. |
| The appliance fills but empties straight away: | Drain U-piece fixed too low. |

| You have found water around the appliance: | Too much detergent causing foam overflow, unsuitable detergent, drain U-piece not attached correctly, water inlet hose leaking. |
| The washing results are not satisfactory: | Unsuitable detergent, too much washing, unsuitable wash cycle, insufficient detergent. |
| The appliance vibrates, is noisy: | Packaging not removed, appliance not level/unbalanced, too close to wall/furniture, unevenly distributed load, small load, running-in period. |
| The wash cycle is much too long: | Water inlet filters dirty, power/water supply cut off, motor overheating, low water inlet temperature, foam detection activated, out of balance detector activated. |
| The appliance stops during a wash cycle: | Water/electricity supply defective, 'Rinse hold' selected, drum shutters open. |
| The lid doesn't open at the end of the cycle: | Drum temperature too high, lid unlocks 1-2 mins after cycle end. |
| Softener runs directly into the drum when filling the dispenser box: | MAX indicator exceeded. |
| The drainage pump runs constantly, even when the appliance is inactive: | Anti-flooding security activated. Close tap, empty for 2 mins, unplug, contact after-sales service. |
| The “Start/Pause” pushbutton flashes red: | Lid not closed, drain filter obstructed, drain hose blocked/bent/too high, pump blocked, standpipes blocked, water tap closed, supply cut off. |
