Loading Film

1. Lift film indicator frame and press hood lock to right. Back will spring open.
2. Press two knobs together and lift film holder out.
3. Insert empty take-up spool in top and fresh film spool on bottom.
4. Draw leader paper down and across film pressure plate, ensuring it is black side out.
5. Insert paper end in take-up spool and wind one turn.
6. Press two knobs together and insert film holder into film back, ensuring studs snap into place.
7. Advance film with manual film winder until film start mark matches red dot.
8. Close back, ensuring hood lock covers the red mark.

Taking Photography

1. Cock shutter and advance film by turning crank clockwise.
2. Turn to desired aperture (f-stop), aligning to white dot.
3. Open focusing hood by sliding lock to right.
4. Press magnifier down into place before closing hood.
5. Focus by rotating focusing ring while observing image on ground glass.
6. Check depth-of-field by pressing the preview button.
