  1. Arrange food on tray or rack.
  2. Insert tray into oven cavity.
  3. Close oven door.
  4. Select cooking function.
  5. Adjust temperature and time if needed.
  6. Start cooking by pressing the Power button.
  7. Once finished, carefully remove food.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Potential cause and solution
The air fryer oven is not turning on.
  • Check function and time/temperature settings.
  • Check power cord connection and outlet.
Smoke is coming from the appliance when I switch it on.
  • First time use - normal, ensure ventilation.
  • Used before - unplug, cool, clean interior and accessories.
  • If persists after cleaning, stop use, contact support.
  • Air-frying greasy food may cause white smoke - normal.
The heating element does not stay on. Heating elements cycle to maintain set temperature - normal.
Steam cluster from air outlet Steam is cooled and discharged from vent - normal.
There are noises during operation.
  • Check accessories are securely inserted.
  • Ensure no unused accessories on top.
  • Break-in period noises are typical, should reduce after 3 cycles. Contact support if persistent. Unit will always produce noise in operation.
Food is undercooked.
  • Do not overfill tray, use smaller batches.
  • Check temperature setting.
Food is overcooked. Adjust (lower) cooking time and/or temperature. Air fryer ovens heat up faster than standard ovens.
Food is fried unevenly. Toss food halfway through cooking, be careful of hot parts.
Home-made chips are fried unevenly. Use right potato type, fresh, firm. Rinse and dry potato sticks well.
The batter is coming off when air-frying. Batter too wet. Add dry layer, pat firmly onto food.
