Warranty Summary
Aprilaire Media Air Cleaners have a five (5) year warranty from installation date against defects in materials or workmanship, excluding the disposable media.
Aprilaire whole-house air cleaners are installed as part of your HVAC system. When your heating or cooling system is running, air is circulated through registers and return ducts, passing through the air cleaner for particle removal before being redistributed throughout your home.
Continuous air cleaning is achieved when the thermostat is set to 'Fan On'. For periodic cleaning, set the thermostat to 'Fan Auto'. Continuous cleaning is recommended for allergy sufferers and during/after vacuuming to capture stirred-up dust and allergens.
