Step 1: Check your Config

  • Determine if you have a MoCA Adapter or not based on your packaging contents.

Step 2: Connect Your Router

  • With MoCA Adapter: Connect Coax cables and Ethernet cables as shown in the diagram for MoCA adapter configuration.
  • Without MoCA Adapter: Connect Ethernet and Coax cables as shown in the diagram for non-MoCA adapter configuration.
  • Connect the power adapter to the router and power outlet.
  • Check for internet connectivity by observing the Internet light turning solid blue.

Step 3: Connect Devices to the Router

  • Wired: Connect devices using Ethernet cables to the yellow ports.
  • Wireless: Connect devices using Wi-Fi network name and password from the sticker on the router.

PROBLEM: TROUBLESHOOTING
  • SOLUTION: Make sure all coaxial (Coax) connections from the Optical Network Unit (ONT) to home wiring and to the Router and Set Top Box are connected.
  • SOLUTION: Make sure the Coax cables are securely fastened to the Wall, Splitter, MoCA adapter and Router.
PROBLEM: INTERNET LIGHT DOES NOT BECOME SOLID BLUE.
  • SOLUTION: Make sure the white Ethernet cable is connected to the RED Ethernet port on the Router labeled "ONT Broadband" (not to the yellow Ethernet ports)
  • SOLUTION: Make sure the Coax cables are securely fastened to the Wall, Splitter, MoCA adapter and Router.
PROBLEM: UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE WI-FI NETWORK.
  • SOLUTION: Make sure you are selecting the Wi-Fi network printed on the sticker on the bottom of the Router.
  • SOLUTION: Make sure you are correctly entering your Wi-Fi password (password is case-sensitive, make sure Caps Lock is off).
PROBLEM: CHANNEL GUIDE IS NOT UPDATING
  • SOLUTION: Make sure the Coax cable is securely fastened between the Splitter and the Router
