- Place the cooking pot into the base unit.
- Ensure the silicone sealing ring and aluminum plate are correctly fitted to the lid.
- If browning food first, do so with the lid OFF, then press cancel.
- Add remaining ingredients and liquid, ensuring not to exceed the maximum fill line (4/5 or 3/5 for expanding foods).
- Secure the lid in the "LOCK" position.
- Connect the power cord and plug into a socket.
- Use the control panel to select the food type and adjust cooking time if needed.
- Set the pressure release valve to the PRESSURE setting.
- Once cooking is complete, allow natural pressure release or perform a quick pressure release.
- Carefully remove the lid and serve.
