Cooling (without economizer): When thermostat calls for cooling, indoor fan, reversing valve, and compressor are energized. Outdoor fan runs continuously during cooling.
Heating (without economizer): When thermostat calls for heating, indoor fan, outdoor fan, and compressor are energized and reversing valves are deenergized. If space temperature drops further, electric heaters are energized.
Automatic Changeover: System automatically switches between heating and cooling based on space temperature changes relative to set points.
Continuous Air Circulation: Indoor fan can run continuously by setting fan switch to ON.
