- Freeze the Cooling Bowl for 24 hours. Prepare and chill ice cream mixture for 1-3 hours.
- Place Cooling Bowl into Cooling Container on a stable surface.
- Attach Paddle to Motor Unit, and plug in the Motor Unit.
- Slowly pour chilled ice cream mixture into the Cooling Bowl.
- Press the Power Switch to turn on the Motor Unit.
- Gently lower Motor Unit with spinning Paddle into the Cooling Bowl to combine mixture.
- Serve ice cream when fully frozen and risen.
