How to Turn on the Power

  • Plug in the power cord and ensure the circuit breaker is reset.
  • Stand on the foot rails and attach the clip to your clothing.
  • Insert the key into the console to turn on the treadmill.

How to Use Manual Mode

  • Insert the key to select manual mode.
  • Start the walking belt and adjust speed using Start, Speed +/-, or Quick Speed buttons.
  • Change incline as desired using Incline +/- or Quick Incline buttons.
  • Select display mode to view exercise information.
  • Measure heart rate using handgrip pulse sensor if desired.
  • Turn on fan if desired.
  • Remove key when finished exercising.

How to Use Preset Program

  • Insert the key and select a preset program (Walking, Weight Loss, Aerobic Fitness, Performance).
  • Press Start to begin the program.
  • Follow the program diagram on the screen.
  • Override speed and incline if needed, but the treadmill will adjust for the next segment.
  • Select display mode and measure heart rate as in manual mode.
  • Remove key when finished.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
The power does not turn on a. Ensure power cord is plugged into a surge suppressor and grounded outlet.
b. Make sure the key is inserted into the console.
c. Check and reset the circuit breaker if tripped.
The power turns off during use a. Check and reset the circuit breaker if tripped.
b. Ensure power cord is properly plugged in, unplug and replug if necessary.
c. Reinsert the key into the console.
d. If the issue persists, contact customer service.
The displays of the console do not function properly a. Unplug the power cord and place the treadmill in storage position. Remove indicated screws and hood.
Next, check Reed Switch Clip and Magnet alignment and gap. Adjust if necessary. Reattach hood.
The walking belt slows when walked on a. Use only a single-outlet surge suppressor.
b. If belt is overtightened, loosen rear roller bolts by 1/4 turn.
c. If the problem persists, contact customer service.
The walking belt is off-center or slips when walked on a. If off-center, adjust left rear roller bolt to center the belt.
b. If slipping, tighten rear roller bolts by 1/4 turn to properly tension the belt.
The incline of the treadmill does not change correctly a. Recalibrate the incline system by pressing an incline button, removing and re-inserting the key while incline is changing.
