Remote Control Operation:

  • HEAD â–²: Lifts head portion of the base.
  • HEAD â–¼: Lowers head portion of the base.
  • FOOT â–²: Lifts foot portion of the base.
  • FOOT â–¼: Lowers foot portion of the base.
  • â–² (Center button): Lifts head and foot section simultaneously.
  • â–¼ (Center button): Lowers head and foot section simultaneously.
  • Child Safety Lock: Activate and deactivate child safety lock by pressing and holding HEAD UP & FOOT UP or HEAD DOWN & FOOT DOWN buttons.

Battery Backup (Optional):

  • For emergency use only during power outage.
  • Disconnect power supply and connect battery backup strap with 9V batteries.
  • Use remote to return base to flat position.

Troubleshooting and error codes

**Problem** Possible Cause and Solution
One or more functions on the bed base have stopped operating
  • Check wired connections under the bed base.
  • Verify LED light is illuminated on the control box and power cords are properly connected.
  • Check if Child Safety Lock is activated (LED at the top of the remote flashes twice).
  • Unplug the base for 1 hour to reset electronic components.
  • Plug bed base into a different electrical outlet.
  • Replace batteries in the remote control and re-pair the remote to the base.
  • If issue persists, locate serial number and call customer service.
