Step 1: Base Construction
- Fill the base with sand or water.
- Attach the neck plate to the base using bolts, lock washers, and flat washers.
- Attach the flex neck to the neck plate using bolts, lock washers, and flat washers.
- Ensure the power transfer ring is on the connecting pole.
- Screw the connecting pole into the flex neck.
- Insert foam center plug into the main foam section.
- Insert white foam ring into the shell.
- Insert black foam ring into the shell.
- Close the shell lid and zip it.
- Insert the connecting tube into the shell.
- Screw the adjusting pole into the connecting pole.
- Slide the heavy bag onto the adjusting pole and twist to lock at the desired height.
- Retighten all bolts and check stability.
