Child Restraint with Built-in Harness:
  • Loosen harness straps and open harness clip.
  • Unbuckle harness straps.
  • Check and adjust crotch strap position.
  • Adjust harness straps to shoulder level.
  • Secure the child restraint in the vehicle using vehicle lap or lap/shoulder belt or LATCH system.
  • Place child in restraint and buckle harness.
  • Fasten harness clip at chest level.
  • Tighten harness straps to be snug.
Booster Seat without Built-in Harness:
  • Remove built-in harness.
  • Place booster seat in vehicle.
  • Position child in booster seat.
  • Secure child and booster seat using vehicle lap/shoulder belt, ensuring proper belt routing through shoulder belt guide and across child's shoulder and lap.
  • Adjust head support for optimal shoulder belt positioning.

Buckle or harness adjuster sticks or will not remain tight Check for foreign objects. Remove objects. If issue persists, contact Graco for replacement.
Harness straps are twisted Ensure harness straps are flat and not twisted when securing child.
Child restraint is loose after installation Repeat installation procedure, ensure proper tightening of vehicle belt or LATCH. If still loose, try a different seating location or consult vehicle manual.
