Starting the Engine:
- Select level surface and lock parking brake.
- Turn fuel valve and ignition switch to ON.
- Ensure engine stop switch is at RUN.
- Confirm transmission is in neutral.
- Use choke lever if engine is cold.
- Press starter button.
Basic Operation:
- Use throttle lever to control speed.
- Shift gears with gearshift pedal.
- Steer using handlebars and lean body for turns.
- Use front and rear brakes to stop.
Parking:
- Choose level place to park.
- Stop the Sportrax and hold brakes.
- Shift into neutral.
- Set parking brake.
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Turn fuel valve OFF if parking for the day.
