The Honeywell HumidiPRO H6062 is a programmable digital humidistat.

Basic Operations:

  • Controls and Display: Shows current inside humidity and setting. Includes buttons for Light, System, and Humidity setting adjustment.
  • Humidity Setting Adjustment: Use up/down buttons to set desired humidity level.
  • System Button: Select between Auto (humidity control calls for humidity when needed) and Off (humidity control does not call for humidity).
  • Light Button: Select Auto (backlight turns on when button is pressed and off after 10 seconds) or On (backlight always on).
  • Automatic Mode: Control provides humidity while protecting windows from condensation, adjusting automatically based on outdoor conditions.
  • Manual Mode: Manually set the desired humidity level.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Suggestion
Display is blank
  • Check circuit breaker and reset if necessary.
  • Make sure power switch at heating and cooling system is on.
  • Make sure furnace door is closed securely.
Humidity settings do not change Make sure the humidity is set to an acceptable range:
  • Auto Mode: 1-10 (up to 11 if Humidity Boost is enabled)
  • Manual Mode: 20%-60%
  • Dehumidification Mode: 40%-60%
Humidifier/ Dehumidifier will not turn on
  • Make sure the equipment fan is running.
  • Make sure System Setting is ON.
  • Make sure there is power going to the Humidifier or Dehumidifier.
Humidity Boost does not appear Humidity Boost is only needed in certain applications. If you can't get Humidity Boost to appear, your contractor has determined that this feature is not needed in your home.
