Basic Operation Summary:

  • Turn on Power: Plug in the power cord and insert the key into the console.
  • Start Belt: Stand on foot rails, attach clip, and press Start or Speed button.
  • Adjust Speed & Incline: Use Speed and Incline buttons to change settings.
  • Select Mode: Use Mode button for Manual, Personal Trainer Programs, or iFIT.com programs.
  • Follow Displays: Monitor Time, Distance, Speed, Calories, and Pulse on the console.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
The power does not turn on
  1. Ensure power cord and surge suppressor are correctly plugged into a grounded outlet.
  2. Check key is fully inserted into the console.
  3. Reset tripped circuit breaker near the power cord.
The power turns off during use
  1. Reset tripped circuit breaker.
  2. Check power cord connection; unplug and replug if needed.
  3. Reinsert the key into the console.
  4. Contact customer service if issue persists.
The speed display on the console does not function properly
  1. Unplug power, remove hood, and adjust Reed Switch gap to 1/8" from Magnet on Pulley.
The walking belt slows when walked on
  1. Use a compliant single-outlet surge suppressor.
  2. Loosen walking belt if overtightened by turning rear roller bolts counterclockwise.
  3. Contact customer service if issue persists.
The walking belt is off-center or slips when walked on
  1. Adjust rear roller bolts to center the walking belt (clockwise for left shift, counter-clockwise for right shift).
  2. Tighten walking belt if slipping by turning rear roller bolts clockwise.
