Troubleshooting and error codes

Responsive Table
LED Cause Remedy
blinks 2 × The connected photocell has been interrupted or actuated. Possibly, a safety reversal has taken place. Remove the triggering obstacle. Check photocell, replace if necessary.
blinks 3 × The Close power limit has been activated. The safety reversal has taken place. Remove the triggering obstacle. Check the door mechanics or the tension of the toothed belt. Delete the door data if required. Readjust the tension of the toothed belt.
blinks 5 × The Open power limit has been activated. The door system has stopped in the door Open direction. Remove the triggering obstacle. Check the door mechanics or the tension of the toothed belt. Delete the door data if required. Readjust the tension of the toothed belt.
blinks 6 × System error/malfunction in operator system Delete the door data if required. Then teach in the door system again. Replace the operator if error occurs again.
blinks 7 × The operator has not been taught in (no error, only a hint). Give an impulse and start a learning run.
blinks 8 × The operator does not have a reference point (no error, only a notification) Give an impulse and start a reference run.
