Troubleshooting and error codes

Warning Indicator Description
Check Engine Indicator Illumination at any other time indicates an engine fault. Contact the Mahindra Authorised Dealer for further assistance.
Charging System Warning If the warning light comes ON while driving, the battery is not being charged when the engine is running. Take the vehicle to the nearest Authorised Mahindra Dealer.
Low Engine Oil Pressure Warning If it continues to illuminate with a buzzer sound twice, it means the oil pressure has dropped very low. Turn OFF the engine and contact the nearest Authorised Mahindra Dealer
Water in Fuel Indicator Water in the fuel filter should be drained immediately. Drain the water from the fuel filter and restart the engine. If indicator turn OFF automatically, If not, contact an Authorised Mahindra Dealer.
Parking Brake System / Brake Fluid Level Warning The brake system warning lamp illuminates when Parking brake is not released fully, brake fluid level is low, or Front brake pad is worn out. If the warning light remains ON after adding fluid, have your brake system inspected.
TPMS Warning Indicator If the TPMS warning indicator comes ON without blinking, check the tyre pressure or temperature immediately. If the TPMS warning indicator will blink for 75 seconds and remain ON, it means there is some malfunction in TPMS system. Contact an Authorised Mahindra Dealer.
SRS Airbag Warning If the SRS airbag warning light illuminates while driving, this indicates a malfunction in the airbag system. Have the system checked by an Authorised Mahindra Dealer as soon as possible.
ABS Warning If the ABS warning light stays ON while driving, the ABS control unit has detected a system malfunction. If this occurs, normal braking will function. Contact nearest Authorised Mahindra Dealer as soon as possible.
ESP Malfunction Indicator If this tell tale remains ON, it indicates the malfunction in the ESP System. Contact the nearest Authorised Mahindra Dealer.
Engine Temperature Warning Engine temperature warning indicator will start blinking once the coolant temperature reaches 1050 C. In this case, contact nearest Authorised Mahindra Dealer.
