Oven Operation Summary:

• Start-up: First time use, run oven empty at max temp for 40 mins.
• Preheating: For best results, preheat the oven before placing food.
• Temperature Setting: Use the thermostat knob to select desired cooking temperature.
• Timer (Optional): Use the timer knob to set cooking duration up to 120 mins or set to manual mode for longer cooking.
• Grilling: Use grill for meats, brochettes, fish, and vegetables. Pre-heat grill before cooking.
