Warranty Summary

MILLER warrants the BOBCAT 225 NT for 5 years on parts and 3 years on labor for original main power rectifiers and inverters, and 3 years on parts and labor for other key components, with specific periods for smaller components and accessories.
To operate the MILLER BOBCAT 225 NT Welding Generator, follow these basic steps:
  1. Engine Start: Use the Engine Control Switch to start the engine. Select 'Run/Idle' for idle speed at no load and weld/power speed under load, or 'Run' for weld/power speed continuously. Use the choke control to adjust the air-fuel mix for starting.
  2. Select Process: Use the Weld Process Selector Switch to choose the type of welding output (Stick/Tig, Wire, AC Weld, DC Weld). Ensure to not switch under load.
  3. Adjust Settings: Use the Coarse and Fine Adjust switches to set the desired weld amperage or voltage, depending on the selected process.
  4. Connect Cables: Connect work and electrode cables to the appropriate output terminals, and connect auxiliary equipment to the receptacles as needed.
  5. Begin Welding/Power: Initiate welding or use auxiliary power outlets as required, adhering to safety precautions and duty cycle limits.
  6. Engine Stop: To stop, turn the Engine Control Switch to the 'Off' position.
Always consult the manual for detailed instructions and safety guidelines.
