Quick Start Guide:

  • Prepare Tools and Components: Gather necessary tools like Phillips screwdriver and components such as CPU, CPU Fan, Thermal Paste, DDR4 Memory, Chassis, Power Supply, SATA DVD Drive, SATA Hard Disk Drive, Graphics Card, and Screws.
  • Install Processor: Open CPU socket lever, align and place CPU, apply thermal paste, and install CPU fan.
  • Install DDR4 Memory: Open DIMM slot clips and insert memory modules into the correct slots.
  • Connect Front Panel Header: Connect front panel connectors (Power SW, Reset SW, HDD LED, Power LED) to the JFP1 header.
  • Install Motherboard: Place I/O shield, mount motherboard in chassis using screws.
  • Install SATA Drives: Install SATA DVD/HDD in chassis bays and connect SATA data and power cables.
  • Install Graphics Card: Open chassis slot, insert graphics card into PCIe slot, and secure with screws.
  • Connect Peripheral Devices: Connect keyboard, monitor, mouse, and speakers to rear I/O panel.
  • Connect Power Connectors: Connect ATX_PWR1 and CPU_PWR1 connectors from power supply to motherboard.
  • Power On: Connect power cord, turn on PSU switch, and press power button on chassis.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
The power is not on.
  • Connect the AC power cord to an electrical outlet securely.
  • Check if all ATX power connectors are connected.
  • Make sure the power supply button is turned on.
  • Check if the power switch cable is connected to JFP1 properly.
  • Verify the Clear CMOS jumper JBAT1 is set to Keep DATA.
  • Test with another known working power supply.
The power is on, but no signal to monitor
  • Connect the monitor power cord securely.
  • Make sure the monitor is turned on.
  • Select different inputs on the monitor.
  • For 3 long beeps, try installing only one memory module in DIMMA2 slot.
  • For 1 long 2 short beeps, reinstall the graphics card.
  • Test with another known working graphics card.
The computer does not boot after updating the BIOS
  • Clear the CMOS.
  • Use the secondary BIOS to bootup the system (if applicable).
Lost BIOS password
  • Clear the CMOS.
There is no audio
  • Adjust the volume.
  • Connect speakers/headphones to audio ports on the rear I/O panel.
  • Remove secondary speakers/headphones, HDMI cables, USB audio devices.
  • Test with another known working speaker or headphone.
There is no network
  • Make sure the network chipset driver has been installed.
  • Verify network cable and LAN port LEDs.
  • Verify your TCP/IP settings.
  • Restart or reset your router.
  • Test with another known working LAN cable.
The USB device is not working
  • Make sure your USB drive driver has been installed.
  • Verify if USB device is listed in Windows® Device Manager.
  • Connect the USB device to another USB port on the rear I/O panel.
