Warranty Summary

NINJA provides a one (1) year limited warranty from the original purchase date, covering defects in material and workmanship under normal household conditions.

The Ninja DualBrew Pro CFP300 Series allows you to brew coffee using grounds or pods. Here's a summary of its basic operation:

  • Setting the Clock: Set the clock using the HR/MIN and START BREW buttons.
  • Priming the System: Prime the system before first use by running a cleaning cycle.
  • Brewing Ground Coffee: Open the sliding lid, place a filter in the brew basket, add coffee grounds, close the lid, select brew size and style, and press START BREW.
  • Brewing Pods: Insert the Ninja Pod Adapter, place a pod in the holder, close the handle, select brew size and style, and press START BREW.
  • Dispensing Hot Water: Turn the dial to the water droplet icon, select water temperature and size, and press START BREW.
  • Using the Frother: Swing out the frother arm, install the whisk, add milk to your cup, submerge the whisk, and press the frother button.
  • Cleaning: Regularly clean the brewer, carafe, and components. Descale when indicated by the Clean Cycle Indicator.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
There's sediment in my coffee.
  • If using a permanent filter, this may be due to using finely ground coffee.
  • To reduce sediment, use a coarser grind or a paper filter.
Over Ice Brew is not cold.
  • Ensure your cup, travel mug, or carafe is filled all the way to the top with ice cubes before brewing.
Coffee is too weak.
  • For stronger coffee, use the Rich brew setting. Add more coffee grounds for bolder flavor.
Coffee is too strong.
  • For milder coffee, use the Classic brew setting. Use fewer coffee grounds for milder flavor.
Brew cycle is too slow.
  • Brew time varies by size and brew style. Full carafe and Rich brews take longer.
Cup or travel mug overflowed.
  • Refer to the Approximate Brew Volumes chart on page 10.
Brew basket overflowed.
  • Bottom of brew basket may be clogged. Medium-grind coffee recommended.
  • Use only permanent or paper filter, not both.
  • Use fewer scoops for decaf coffee.
There is water left in the reservoir.
  • Normal for some water to remain to ensure pump performance.
Brewer is leaking.
  • Small amount of water in reservoir valve is normal after removal.
  • Check for "Brew basket overflowed" or close drip stop if leaking from below.
  • Contact customer service if leaking from bottom of brewer.
Intelligent Clean Cycle Indicator is illuminating orange.
  • Run a clean cycle using vinegar or descaling solution.
Brewer is not detecting the Ninja® Pod Adapter.
  • Ensure adapter is fully seated and handle is in LOCK position.
  • Ensure Hot Water Dial is turned to coffee bean icon.
Coffee is splattering.
  • Some splatter is normal. Use cup tray to reduce distance.
  • Ensure Ninja Pod adapter is installed for pods.
Brewer is not displaying sizes or styles to brew.
  • Ensure sliding lid or Ninja Pod Adapter handle is fully closed and locked.
  • Ensure Hot Water Dial is turned to coffee bean or water droplet icon.
Water reservoir is unstable.
  • Ensure Configurable Water Reservoir Latch is secure and reservoir is properly installed.
CLOCK DISPLAY MESSAGES: End
  • Brew cycle complete.
CLOCK DISPLAY MESSAGES: Add Wtr
  • Not enough water. Add water and press START BREW.
  • Reseat reservoir if filled. Contact Customer Service if issue persists.

  • Clean cycle needed. See 'Cleaning & Descaling Your Brewing System'.

  • Brew cycle cancelled.
