Warranty Summary

This NOMA dehumidifier has a one (1) year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.

Basic Operation Steps:

  • Plug into a grounded three-prong outlet.
  • Press POWER to turn on.
  • Press FAN to choose fan speed (Low, High, or Auto).
  • Press MODE to select humidity mode (Auto Dry, Continuous, or Manual Set).
  • In Manual Set mode, press PLUS or MINUS to adjust the desired humidity level.
  • Press POWER to turn off.

Note: Dehumidifier retains last settings. Humidity can be set between 30% and 80% Relative Humidity in Manual mode. In Continuous and Auto Dry modes, humidity level is set automatically.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
Dehumidifier Will Not Run
  • Turn on the dehumidifier.
  • Plug into a grounded three-prong outlet.
  • Check and reset circuit breaker or replace fuse.
  • Ensure bucket is installed properly.
  • Empty the bucket if full.
  • Check water level float is in place.
Ice Forms On Coils
  • This is normal; de-icer will automatically manage ice build-up.
Dehumidifier Runs But Does Not Dehumidify
  • De-icer may be active (normal operation).
  • If in Continuous mode, and humidity is low, little water will be collected.
  • Clean or replace air filter if dirty.
Air Coming From Dehumidifier Is Warm
  • This is normal operation.
Dehumidifier Displays Error Code
  • Contact customer service.
Pump System Does Not Work
  • Check if pump indicator is flashing.
  • Ensure drain hose is correctly connected.
  • Restart the unit.
