Securing Child in Child Restraint:

  1. Loosen harness straps.
  2. Release chest clip and buckle.
  3. Place child in the seat.
  4. Guide child's arms through harness loops.
  5. Insert buckle tongues into buckle and listen for clicks.
  6. Snap chest clip together.
  7. Tighten harness by pulling on the adjustment strap until snug.
  8. Position chest clip at armpit level.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
Harness straps not snug Tighten harness straps until snug; no pinchable fold horizontally.
Stability leg indicator shows red Adjust stability leg until indicator turns green and leg is firmly on the floor.
Base lifts more than 1 inch off seat with stability leg Adjust stability leg to close the gap.
