Warranty Summary

ReliOn® warrants the Prime Meter to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the original purchase date.
  1. Insert a ReliOn® Prime Test Strip into the meter.
  2. Press the Back or Forward button to display the average of tests over the last 14 or 30 days if desired.
  3. Apply blood to the sample application tip of the test strip.
  4. Wait for the result to appear on the display screen.
  5. Remove the test strip and properly dispose of it.
