9 A Battery voltage below 23V. Carriage will operate from carriage control buttons only. Check Charger output / Replace Batteries
Battery voltage below 21V (Carriage will NOT operate from any controls) Check Charger output / Replace Batteries
Ultimate switch activated Check for over travel / switch / wiring
OSG switch activated Check OSG / switch / wiring loom
Ultimate Line switch activated Check chair arm/ OSG / ultimate switches or looms. Identified ULT 1-4
Left and Right slowing switches activated simultaneously Check switches / wiring loom
Stop Switch activated before slowing switch Check switch operation / connections
Dual calls from chair arm controls Check arm control / wiring loom
Dual calls from remote controls Check IR PCB connections
SL Chair: Seat raised and loaded simultaneously Check seat switches / loom
'A' Circuit shorted to ground. (Chassis) Identify and check 'A' wiring looms
'B' Circuit shorted to ground. (Chassis) Identify and check 'B' wiring looms
No power supply detected to option PCB. Check fuse F2 (3.15A)
Battery voltage in excess of 30V. Check charger output / motor
Current limit exceeded 24A Instantaneous Excess load / Check Motor
Current limit exceeded 16A for 1 second Excess load / Check Motor
Powered swivel motor stalled Excess load / Check connections
Powered swivel or footrest motor current limit exceeded Excess load. Check options motors
Brake not detected Check brake and brake connections
Main motor not detected. Check main motor and connections
Footrest motor not detected Check footrest motor and connections
Swivel motor 1 not detected Check swivel motor and connections
