Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
My phone has not responded for several minutes Restart your phone by pressing and holding the End/Power Key.
My phone turns off by itself Check screen lock, End/Power Key is not mis-contacted, and battery charge level.
My phone cannot charge properly Ensure battery is not completely discharged, charging under normal conditions (0°C-40°C), and voltage input is compatible when abroad.
My phone cannot connect to a network or “No service” is displayed Try another location, verify network coverage and SIM card validity with service provider, try manual network selection, or try later if network overloaded.
My phone cannot connect to the Internet Check IMEI number, internet service availability, internet settings, network coverage, or try connecting later.
Invalid SIM card Ensure SIM card is correctly inserted, not damaged, and service is available.
Unable to make outgoing calls Dial valid number, check country/area codes for international calls, network connection, subscription status, outgoing call barring, and airplane mode.
Unable to receive incoming calls Ensure phone is on and connected to network, check subscription, call forwarding, call barring, and airplane mode.
The caller's name/number does not appear when a call is received Subscribe to caller ID service or caller has concealed their information.
I cannot find my contacts Ensure SIM is not broken, inserted properly, and import contacts from SIM card to phone.
The sound quality of the calls is poor Adjust volume, check network strength, and clean receiver/connector/speaker.
I am unable to use the features described in the manual Check service subscription and if feature requires a TCL accessory.
When I select a number from my contacts, the number cannot be dialed Ensure number is correctly recorded in file and country prefix is selected for foreign calls.
I am unable to add a contact in my contacts Ensure SIM card contacts are not full, delete files or save in phone contacts.
