The UBEE EVW32C Advanced Wireless Voice Gateway is designed for cable subscribers. To set up the device:

  1. Remove contents from packaging.
  2. Place device upright in a central location.
  3. Power on your PC.
  4. Connect the power adapter.
  5. Connect Ethernet cable to your computer.
  6. Connect coaxial cable to cable outlet.
  7. Connect analog telephone (if applicable).
  8. Validate network connection using LEDs.

Access the Web User Interface by entering http://192.168.100.1 in your browser to configure advanced settings.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
None of the LEDs are on when I power on the EVW32C. Verify the power outlet and adapter connections. Power cycle the device.
The ETHERNET LEDs on the back of the modem are not lit where Ethernet cables are connected. Restart the computer. Check for resource conflicts in Device Manager (Windows). Verify TCP/IP protocol. Power cycle the EVW32C. Try a different Ethernet cable.
Check General Connectivity Issues If PC is connected to hub/gateway, connect PC directly to EVW32C. If using cable splitter, remove it and connect directly to wall outlet. Try different Ethernet cable.
