Changing the Weight Setting:
- Insert the Weight Pin under the desired weight.
- Ensure the bent end of the pin touches and turns down to secure the weight stack.
Attaching the Lat Bar:
- Attach the Lat Bar to the Low Cable using a Weight Clip.
- Optionally use a Chain and Weight Clips for length adjustment.
- Ensure the Lat Bar is in the correct starting position for the exercise.
